Some fences are just different than others
Fence covered with license plates mostly from Idaho, but also California, Montana, Colorado and Utah.The small red, white and blue plates are motorcycle plates.
This fence can be a bit creepy at first, but you’ll change your mind when you see that it’s a little cute boy trying to climb over. This is actually a sculpture in Charlotte NC.
A burglar would probably not break into this house because of all the sharp pencils
This weird fence has several toothbrushes hanging from it. And who knows, maybe your toothbrush is hanging next to Bret McKenzies or maybe Prime Minister Helen Clark?

This roller coaster fence signalizes fun, joy and openness. We can hope that the owners are as joyful as their fence.
Maybe it’s a bit hard to see, but there are several bras hanging on this fence. It started in 1999 when four woman’s bras were attached to the wire fence alongside the road. The original reason for this is still unknown, but it has grown to a famous tourist attraction known as The Cardrona Bra Fence with hundreds of individual bras.

Aug 18, 2009The third picture (the one of the brick boy climbing)is a little deceptive because of the angle of the shot. The sculpture is actually a large book and nothing remotely like a fence. It IS however kind of creepy. At least I’ve always thought so. It’s part of a small uptown park called The Green that’s filled with book and reading related sculptures and environmental elements (note the “Twain” sign in the background). Wonderful place.
