Umm JFK was about JFK…
Yeah, those weren’t even well made.
These are all over the show.
Signs was a literal title to begin with; and the JFK interpretation has taken what WAS a literal title and turned it into a metaphor.
The JFK one didn’t make any sense here
“Pulp fiction” was a term used for cheap stories printed during the early 1900′s, and that’s where Tarantino got the name. Blending science fiction is less literal then what the name of the movie actually stood for.
Shouldn’t the hills have eyes, rather than an eye, in The Hills Have Eyes if we’re going to be talking literally? Not to mention Pulp Fiction is a piece of pulp fiction, Bill was killed in Kill Bill, JFK was about JFK, Signs was about signs and an American Pie doesn’t have to have a flag on it to be an American Pie so you’re not really adding any literalness with that one either.
I don’t think you understand the point, the person was trying to convey the TITLES only, not what the actual movie was about. These make sense…
You are so full of s**t! IF you knew anything about the JFK case you would not repeat the mainstream media line about how Stone plays fast and loose with facts; read JFK: The Book of the Movie for the underlying documentation–then open your American Pie hole.
