Unless you have some sort of stupid allergy against wheat or pepperoni or what have you, I’m guessing you absolutely love pizza; they’re crusty discs of bread smothered with cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, ham and even pineapples, for god’s sake! To us mere mortals, they’re godly meals that tickle our taste buds and fill our unworthy stomachs. But we’re not the only species on planet Earth that enjoys devouring slices of pizza; no, no – cats do too.

Yes, as you’ll see in the rib-tickling pictures arranged below, our feline companions also enjoy the scrumptious taste of Italy’s finest invention. They enjoy all sorts of pizzas, from cheese and tomato to spinach and ricotta. They like deep-dish, thin-crust, small, medium and large. They’re regular old Garfield wannabes and unashamed to say so. Now, go on, take a peek, but no snatching any slices; kitties have got claws, remember.

I’m sure most of you have been regularly exposed to images of dogs hilariously riding skateboards: they frequently do the rounds. As a result of this internet-fueled overexposure, the visual gag of skateboard-commuting canines has inevitably run dry, the once-comical sight now more boring than it is rib-tickling.

You’re BORING!

However, how about images of another domesticated animal taking one or two pages out of Tony Hawk’s book? And no, I’m afraid I’m not talking about budgies, though I did find this on google images:

Yes, I’m talking about those lovable little furballs we like to call cats. Turns out, quite a few kitty cats like to play around with skateboards, whether they’re actually riding them or just gracefully posing on them. Either way, they can make for cool, cute, funny and highly amusing pictures. Enjoy.

It was at Thailand’s Samut Prakan Crocodile Farm and Zoo when something adorable yet bizarre occurred. At the resort, which is 25 miles south-east of Bangkok, a two-year-old chimpanzee was feeding a baby tiger, named Aorn, from a bottle of milk. The female chimp, named Do Do, looked like a real mother to the tiger cub nestling in her arms.

At one point it even looks like Do Do is testing out the milk to check that it’s OK for Aorn to drink it. (Then again, she could also just be acting on an impulse to drink milk, as chimpanzees are highly impulsive.) The crocodile farm where these two cuties are situated is the largest in Thailand, housing 80,000 crocodiles, as well as other species of animals such as monkeys, tigers, elephants, lions, horses and hippopotamuses.

But never has such love and care been found between two very different animal species at this zoo. Maybe the unlikely pair will grow up together and forever have this mother-child relationship shared between them. Hey, we can dream can’t we?

We’ll be sure to keep you updated about the progress of these two. Little TBR prediction for ya: the baby tiger will eventually outgrow his mother and snip at her. He is a tiger after all, and tigers tend to have problems getting along with other mammals for any length of time. This baby tiger might love his chimp mother to pieces right now, but he’ll eventually want to rip her into little pieces of juicy flesh. Hey, if you’re a tiger, you gotta eat, and the Brussels sprout growing on a stalk near your cage just isn’t gonna cut it. Well, anyway, if you’re a “bonding fan,” check out these soldiers, small puppies and kittens bonding in almost the same way; they seem inseparable.

These, on the other hand, are deliberate. In fact, some of these are actually photos of the same poodle named Cindy. She’s the one with the thousand yard stare, pleading to God to end her suffering.

In horrible times of wars, you probably wonder what keeps soldiers from going crazy. Letters and calls from loved ones, you might say, right? But you know something that’s really effective? Little furry, cutesy-wutesy pets. They say that dogs make you live a happier and longer life, while cats keep your blood pressure down.

I think that is exactly what soldiers need after being in a battle field for the whole day. Pets are fun and loving. They make the time pass in happiness; they make you forget about the problems you have. They are little miracle workers. Here is a selection of photos in which soldiers are either playing or petting a furry friend. It’s a contrast between brutality and softness. It’s great to see the bonding between soldiers and pets; it’s like they’re taking good care of each other. Speaking of pets, meet Buffalo Bailey Jr., the largest pet ever.
