Creativity has never been a problem for designer and artist Luke Porter. He has done a lot of professional work as well as hobby work, and one of them is building minimates out of pieces of broken electronic devices glued together.

The popular American sci-fi sitcom Futurama has been the inspiration for artist Matt De Lanoy when he built this mini version of New York in legos. Spending two years on this project called World of Tomorrow, he managed to built several known building structures from Futurama, and to install lights so it can be viewable at night as well.

Cole Blaq is a student artist from Bristol that really has played with Lego in a different way then most of us are used to. By putting several legos together, he has managed to create a sculpture looking like real red and yellow fire. It seems like Lego is no longer for children only, you just have to use your imagination.

This advertisement asks you to imagine what these simple block formations mean. Using shadows, they tell us that it’s simply our imagination that makes these blocks come alive and, that through our experience, we can see anything through them.
